There is now a firmware update that resolves the original problem, but he says it didn't work for him. Honestly, i'd take my phone back if i had to deal with that. You should think about doing that. I ended up turning the power vision off, then turning my phone off then back on, then sending the picture mail - IT went through. I tried turning the power vision off & it still didn’t work.
