Print My Fonts
Fonts. I don’t use them. Barely. I’m a programmer, so my fonts usually consist of courier, arial, and monaco. But every now and then I want a cool font. I’ve never like having to mouse through hundreds of fonts looking for that perfect font. Whichever word I’m trying to stylize usually renders as not being a word in the written language by the time I’m done looking at it five hundred different ways. Sometimes it never was to begin with, but I digress.
What I’ve always wanted was a way to take my fonts and print them out so I could keep a binder that was within arms reach. Pop it open and flip through till I found what I wanted. Don’t underestimate the speed of your eyes and brain scanning pages versus your finger clicking next, next next. For years, yes years, I’ve been looking for a simple program that just prints out all my fonts, one line per font, quick and easy. And in that time I never found anything.
Well tonight I finally did. And whether its been out for a while I don’t know, because I haven’t even bothered looking in over a year. But I have one now. Yay. Now you can print multiple fonts on one page from Apple Mac Os X with this free application that will print out your fonts on multiple pages for free. Sorry, that last sentence was meant for Google, not you.
Go download Font Parade for free.
Excellent. I’d meant to have a look for something like this for a while now - you’ve saved me a job … thanks.
