If the mp3s are in the podcast section on iTunes 4.9 you don't need this since it will do it for you through there. Too bad the latest iPod update is needed for this to work on late-model iPods. I guess my old school 2G iPod is out of luck. Other than converting manually added mp3 to AAC and then making it bookmarkable I dont think there is any way to do it.
