This just in: Ashcroft Resigns. I could go into plenty why this news just warmed me up, but I'm sitting in the library finishing an assignment. Blegh.

All I can say is WOOOOOOOOOOOOOT! Can someone please bring the Constitution out of the basement now? Its time to honor it again, and defend it, and not exploit it. It IS this country, it IS for the people, and it WON'T be shit on like John fucking Ashcroft has for the last 4 years.

PS: can we UNsettle the Microsft case?
